Request deletion
To request deletion of your Street Racer Pro: Redline City cloud account and associated data, email k.t.palsgames@gmail.com from the address linked to your game account. Use the subject “Redline City — Account deletion”. If you want to delete only specific data and keep your account, say so in the message.
What to include
Include your account email and player ID, if available. Do not include your password. If you cannot access the linked mailbox, contact support to discuss a proportionate alternative way to verify ownership.
What is deleted
An account deletion request covers the Firebase Authentication account, the linked cloud save, garage/progression data and associated gameplay/economy history held by Pals Games. It does not automatically erase local copies on your devices or data independently controlled by Google, YouTube, Photon or the app stores.
Verification and timing
We verify ownership before acting to prevent someone else from deleting your progress. Requests are handled within the period required by applicable law. If a limited record must be retained for security, fraud prevention or a legal obligation, we explain the relevant exception and retention period in our reply. We do not promise immediate deletion before verification.
Local saves and third-party data
Use your device's app-data or uninstall controls to remove local saves. This can permanently remove unbacked-up progress. A cloud deletion request should be completed before reconnecting the same account. For independently controlled advertising/YouTube data, use Google's data controls.
